The nurse I saw, June, came off as judgemental in the beginning. I had to make the conversation more light hearted

It’s better to have a booking system rather than walk-in, for everything. Especially those who already have symptoms

Drs, nurse and the receptionist that I saw today were all very nice, ways to talk to, I felt like they listened to me and the reason I was there was carried out in an excellent manner!
